Joan is a life-long resident of Elsie-Vinemaple.
Joan began working at the Jewell School in 2004. She has been head of the transportation team since 2016.
Joan enjoys traveling, water activities, gardening and spending time with her family. She especially loves spending time with her grandchildren.
