#1. Fire engine with known mechanical issues. Radiator is cracked with potential for a cracked head as well. Unit is auctioned off as is with no warranty implied. Will need to be towed off property, truck is non operational. Will not include any loose tools or equipment. Minimum bid is $2,500.00 (approx scrap value). Bids should be written and mailed to:

#2.  Crown Fire Engine with known mechanical issues. Power steering pump has extreme leak, engine has no batteries. Buyer will need to provide a tow truck or install batteries to move the apparatus. No warranty as-is. Minimum bid is $2,500.00 (approx scrap value). Bids should be written and mailed to:

#3. GMC water tender with un baffled tank. Unknown mechanical condition. Buyer responsible for moving and may require a tow. This unit can not be sold to any fire department or fire district. No warranty as-is. Minimum bid is $2,500.00 (approx scrap value). Bids should be written and mailed to:

All bids must be Recevied by July 22nd and will be opened for the first time at the board of directors meeting. The highest bid will be announced as the winner. Buyer is responsible for payment within 3 business days of announcement and removal of purchase within 7 business days of announcement of winning bid. Pickup of equipment will need to be prescheduled. 

 

All written sealed bids must include the bidders name, phone number, amount of their bid, and which piece of apparatus they are bidding on. We will notify the winning bidder the next business day after the board meeting by phone.
